DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Domestic shipping refers to all orders received from the United States. All orders are shipped through US Postal Service. There are two shipping options available:

  • Priority Mail: Orders are sent by Priority US Mail, and it will take 5-8 business days for delivery.
  • Express Mail: Orders are sent by Express US Mail, and it will take 1-2 business days for delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    International orders refer to all orders received from any country except from the United States. We ship to all countries. There are three options for international orders.

  • International Economy: Orders are sent by US First-Class International Mail, and it will take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
  • International Priority: Orders are sent by US Priority Internal Mail, and it will take 8-12 business days International

Express: Orders are sent by Global Express Mail, and it will take 5-7 business days

All orders are processed and shipped the next business day from when the order is received. For all international orders, please note that we have no control on how long it takes for an order to clear customs. As a result, we can not guarantee that you will receive your order in the above mentioned time period -it is our best estimate.

    SOFTWARE RETURN POLICY

    In keeping with software industry standards, software and all other media (including DVD and Audio CD) purchased on-line through our web site is considered opened at the time of purchase. There are detailed descriptions for most of our products on our web site. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the product meets their needs before purchasing.

    All multi-media product (including software, DVD, and Audio CD) that has been opened or purchased online is (1) provided with free e-mail support and (2) may only be replaced with identical software / media within 30 days of purchase..

    Instructions: To replace a damaged software/media with the identical software/media, simply indicate the reason for your return on a piece of paper and wrap it securely with the unopened packaging.Send the package to the following address:
